Hi, I'm Sonya — founder of Boss Property Group, a licensed Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners, and a second-generation real estate professional. I've spent the last 10 years helping North Metro Atlanta families buy, sell, rent, and invest in property, and I built Boss Property Group so you'd have one person to call no matter which side of that you're on.
Real estate is the family business — I grew up around it, and it's shaped how I work: no jargon, no runaround, and a straight answer even when it's not the one you were hoping for. I hold an MBA and spent years in business and accounting before focusing on real estate full-time, and that background still shows up in how I evaluate a deal, whether I'm pricing a listing or making a cash offer on a property myself.
Boss Property Group works two ways. As a licensed brokerage, I help buyers, sellers, and renters through a traditional sale — pricing, marketing, negotiating, closing, the whole process. As an investor, I also buy property directly, for cash, in as-is condition, when a traditional listing isn't the right fit for your timeline or the property's condition. You get the same person and the same judgment either way, and I'll tell you honestly which path makes more sense for your situation before you commit to either one.
